The process

Apply
Campus recruiting teams visit colleges during the fall and sometimes spring to identify potential internship candidates. Students can apply during these recruitment periods. 
*Internship applications are open to all candidates, even if Lilly does not visit your university campus.

Interview Once interviewees are selected, virtual interviews are conducted across various academic disciplines.

Decision Interviewees will be notified of internship decisions by phone or email. Strategic decisions regarding full-time recruitment are made based on internship performance and business needs.
