U.S. cMBA Program

Explore the different functional areas within Lilly where talented MBA interns and graduates work in high impact and business critical roles.
Corporate Finance and Procurement
The Finance and Procurement teams manage the financial operations of the firm and influence important decisions across the business areas.

For roles in Finance, we seek self-starting individuals who demonstrate decision-making, project management and data analysis skills.

Our Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) targets MBAs who want to become corporate finance leaders by providing increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities through job rotations, access to senior leadership, formal mentor and training, as well as early international experience.

Upon full-time employment, our MBAs can expect one to two rotations in the first 36 months across FP&A, Core Finance (i.e., Treasury, Audit) or Procurement.
Commercial Strategy and Marketing
As the health care landscape continues to change and Lilly prepares to launch several new life-changing medicines, we are seeking marketers with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies across multiple customer groups, both globally and locally. Marketing interns will fully integrate into their host team while also focusing on creating a recommendation for a key business problem.
Marketing interns may be placed on teams such as:
•    Global and US Brand Management
•    Marketing Capabilities

As a Marketing MBA, you will work to discover deep customer insights and use those to drive decisions aimed at ensuring the right medications reach the right people at the right time, potentially yielding life-changing results.
Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access
Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access – a strategically important area of focus for the company – helps ensure customers have access to innovative Lilly medicines.

Focused areas may include therapeutic area-focused Payer Marketing, Payer Deal and Contract Development or Market Access Strategy and Analytics in key areas such as pricing, patient affordability, electronic health records and value-based frameworks.

For MBA candidates with a blended background or skill set in finance, analytics, business and/or marketing, you can strengthen your marketing and analytics competencies while working on challenging, business-critical projects within Lilly’s Value and Access (LVA) division.
