The Pricing, Reimbursement, and Access (PRA) function at Lilly plays a pivotal role in ensuring patients can access and afford innovative medicines by shaping pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies. The team evaluates commercialization pathways and reimbursement frameworks, tailoring approaches to specific therapeutic areas to optimize patient outcomes.

Minimum Requirements
  • Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in: marketing, all business disciplines, communications, psychology, mathematics, informatics, liberal arts, or marketing technology
  • Expected graduation August 2027
Pricing, Reimbursement, and Access (PRA)
The PRA internship program immerses students in projects such as evaluating access strategies for pipeline assets, supporting deal development, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives like trade and specialty accounts or payer marketing for future medicines.
Internship Duration
  •  10-week internship
Sample projects
  • Leading strategy recommendations to help patients manage the costs of medications
  • Assessing opportunities and challenges in developing new drug indications
  • Developing an internal video about entities that regulate access to drugs for patients
Minimum Requirements
  • Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in: all business disciplines, communications, sciences, liberal arts, or a related discipline
  • Expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027
