A place for everyone

Cultivating an inclusive culture enables us to attract and keep the best talent, fuels innovation necessary for the next breakthrough medicine, and strengthens our understanding of the patients who depend on us. We deeply value different backgrounds, skills and global perspectives, and will continue to be guided by our core values of integrity, excellence and respect for people.

Our Employee Resource Groups

At Lilly, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are vibrant, employee-led communities designed to foster connection, belonging, and shared learning across our global workforce. ERGs are aligned with a member of Lilly’s executive committee, ensuring strong leadership support, strategic alignment, and visibility at the highest levels of the organization. Open to all employees regardless of identity or background, ERGs play a vital role in cultivating an inclusive culture where every colleague can learn, grow, and thrive.

Through inclusive programming and collaboration across groups, ERGs help foster empathy, increase awareness, and promote connection across communities. Employees are encouraged to participate as supporters, advocates, and partners—helping amplify voices and drive inclusion. Many of our ERGs include ally groups that actively engage colleagues who want to learn how to support communities different from their own. Learning from each other and working together strengthens our culture and ensures everyone has a role in advancing inclusion.
