A place for everyone

Embracing diversity, equity and inclusion is at the core of our organization. It is the lens through which we understand and respond to the unique needs of the millions of individuals who depend on our medicines worldwide. For us, embracing diversity means understanding, respecting and valuing differences, including but not limited to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status. We foster an environment that encourages our exceptional employees to feel comfortable in a culture that supports them being themselves.

Our Employee Resource Groups

Each Lilly Employee Resource Group (ERG) focuses on mentoring and employee engagement, as you would expect—but they also have significant impact on our business. Each ERG is aligned with a member of the company’s executive committee and has a top-talent organizational chairperson and a “lead team” of several energetic employees with a passion for diversity and inclusion.
