  • Process Expertise and Business Partnership
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers/CoE team to support TA operation activities within the Workday recruiting management system
  • Ensuring jobs are posted on external job boards in alignment with sourcing/campaign strategy defined by Talent Acquisition Managers including any relevant social media
  • Screening applications/resumes and facilitating assessments and onsite interviews
  • Make job offers in alignment with company policies and pay guidelines; review post-offer information (pre-employment screening)
  • Act as liaison with recruiting vendors, area employment agencies and pre-employment/assessment providers
  • Handle escalated issues and challenges from candidates who have been disqualified for any reason, working with HR Business Partners or Recruiting Managers to keep them informed on candidate progress
  • Process Governance
  • Ensure the defined recruiting processes and procedures are executed with respect to req creation and approval, editing job descriptions, posting requirements, offer management and approvals
  • Track and maintain screening/selection activities in accordance with audit standards
  • Controls
  • Ensure all company, country, local and other applicable laws or SOX and GDPR requirements are met with respect to screening, selection and hiring
  • Support internal and external auditors and own coordination of action plans where audit procedures identify areas of potential risk or control weakness
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition Operations for a broad range of position levels/functions
  • Experience in a shared service center environment preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Onboarding activities
  • Experience working with a third-party staffing providers
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle or other HCM. Workday experience a plus
  • Languages: English + additional language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portugese)

Purpose: The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for working with the global/regional Talent Acquisition Managers to execute Talent Acquisition Operations activities including job posting, candidate workflow management, offer and pre-employment screen management for a range of position levels and functions. Demonstrates ability to adhere with Workday recruiting processes and Talent Acquisition standards/procedures. Executing sourcing and candidate assessments to drive quality candidate pools and candidate experience.
