As a Market Access Manager you will be leading the overall brand and portfolio pricing, reimbursement and access strategies in order to achieve and sustain access to our medicines for the right patients, developing meaningful value propositions, reimbursement submissions and negotiations strategies.
Core job tasks:
Reporting to the Head of Market Access and Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for the development of the pricing, reimbursement and access strategies in collaboration with the regional and global teams for the overall portfolio of the Swiss affiliate and across the entire product lifecycle.
You will be in charge of the national reimbursement submissions, developing high quality dossiers, payer materials and solutions in order to create and support the best possible national, regional and local access in collaboration with the team.
Being a full member of cross-functional brand teams, you will contribute in representing the payer’s voice in preparing the customer plan and launching activities for new medicines.
You will represent Lilly’s Market Access voice on selected trade association working groups. You will develop value dossiers and materials supporting the Key Account Management team in their daily activities. You will provide Access expertise on selected business development projects.
You will participate in engaging and continuing building up a long lasting relationships with important stakeholders, key experts, and in negotiations with Swiss authorities. You will also ensure maintenance ofoptimal priceand reimbursement ofexistingmarketed pharmaceutical products and identify, evaluate and share policy developments relevant to pricing, reimbursement and access.50260BR
Holder of a higher university degree (PhD or Master) in life sciences or business (PhD in life sciences and a business degree is a plus), fluent in German and English, French a great asset.
You have at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical environment in Switzerland and at least 1 year of experience within Market Access (Health Economics, Pricing and Reimbursement, Key Account Management). You demonstrate leadership by driving projects within a matrix organisation (brand teams, regional and global). You are a team player but also have the ability to work independently. Customer focussed, you have entrepreneurial spirit with excellent written and oral communication skills.
