As a Brand Manager New Products , you will play a leadership role in preparing for Lilly’s future Gastrointestinal (GI)-Immunology and Alzheimer’s Disease assets. This includes being accountable for delivering our pre-launch plans and supporting all commercial activities. You will work closely with the cross-functional teams to lead the development and implementation of GI-Immunology and Alzheimer’s Disease strategy and tactics.

You will also collaborate with the cross-functional team and key external partners to align the strategic and tactical direction to the overarching brand strategy. Our objective: making sure that patients with respective GI-Immunology and Alzheimer’s Disease and the Healthcare Professionals who treat them have the best experience.

Your key responsibilities will be leading a customer plan (with a focus on market research and environmental shaping), partnering on business plan, and developing/implementing marketing tactics and messages consistent with the overarching brand strategy. You will also be responsible for managing budgets related to your specific projects, and other responsibilities as assigned.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

Be the subject matter expert on the GI-Immunology and Alzheimer’s Disease commercial marketplaces, by understanding the Healthcare Professionals, patients, and reimbursement agencies. Inspire the cross-functional team with these insights

Uncover foundational Canadian insights to recommend programs that provide solutions to Healthcare professionals and people living with the diseases for whom our medicines treat

Lead the tactical plan to achieve our brand objectives and evaluate the success of the plan

Manage relationships with various agency partners to deliver selected projects

Optimize collaboration and synergies across our immunology portfolio

Lead cross-functional team

Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the marketplace including thought leading specialists, and patient advocacy groups

Manage annual budgets to ensure that resources are prioritized to implement the most impactful tactics

Motivate Lilly Canada to better understand and empathize with the people living with GI-Immunology and Alzheimer’s Disease

Basic Requirements: Education and Experience 

Previous pharmaceutical marketing experience 2+ years

Market Research experience an asset

Teamwork and leadership – proven ability to partner with and engage others towards a common goal

Science or business university degree

Postgraduate degree in business or science

Digital understanding and experience

Additional Skills/Preferences

Bilingual (French/English)

Thrives in a high visibility portfolio

Sales experience
