QA Specialist - GMP Training/SOP

该岗位作为苏州工厂的GMP SOP & Training专员，主要负责建立和维护工厂的GMP培训和资质认定体系，确保员工在独立承担其职责前，完成培训和资质认定。
This role is to serve as GMP SOP & Training Specialist for Suzhou Site, mainly responsible for establishing and maintaining the GMP training and qualification system for the site to ensure all employees complete required training and qualification program before taking their assigned duties.
Besides, this role is also to support development of manufacturing related procedures and training materials (HEP and traditional) for East Lake Manufacturing, ensure effective document contents and on time tracking of the review and approval process in Regulus.
Other quality related tasks, for example, new employee orientation training, audits and compliance etc.
Previous understanding of GMP requirements
- 熟练使用英文进行读写，能熟练使用Excel, PPT等办公软件
Good command of English (reading and written) and computer skills, especially in Excel and PPT.
Good communication skill
