The following objectives/deliverables mainly support ELM, if he/she qualified, he/she can support other site in Lilly Suzhou.
- 承担实验室GLIMS Coordinator的职责
Assume the role of GLIMS coordinator and responsible for
Work with IT to implement lab automation/informatics related activities
- 负责所有涉及GLIMS系统的变更以及升级, 参与相关的系统设备的确认验证等
Responsible for all the GLIMS related changes/upgrade, participant all the qualification/validation and testing activities
- 提供对GLIMS(包括smartlab, Darwin, Empower 等)相关系统的日常支持:
Provide routine support for following systems related to GLIMS (SmartLab, Darwin, Empower etc.)
- 作为GLIMS相关系统的协调人员, 以及global change control的代表
Plays a role of Local coordinator & GCCB local rep for all GLIMS systems
- 提供对日常问题的trouble shooting以支持日常operation的进行
Perform the trouble shooting in routine operation to support business
- 在Smartlab中, 作为方法建立和修改的scripter和PV的审核者
As Scripter & PV Reviewer for method creation and modification in SmartLab system
- 作为合格的讲师, 培训当地的系统用户
As qualified instructor to training local users
As Data steward to manage and maintain all the master data for Darwin
As lab technical resource, responsible for the job that need technical support.
- 负责对实验室GLIMS系统相关的quality alert的影响评估和调查
Responsible for quality alert which related to the lab GLIMS system and perform the impact assessment and investigation as needed
Responsible for data integrity program in lab
To ensure the program is in place and executed effectively
- 作为实验室技术专家审核和批准实验室的方案和报告, 参与相关的可疑数据的调查。
As technical resource to review and approve lab protocol and report, participate in the SARE investigation as needed.
To maintain lab in clean and safe condition by routinely cleaning and good housekeeping. Must follow up HSE related requirement when performing testing to avoid accident happened.
To assume other tasks related to Quality.
To assist lab quality system continuously improvement and GLIMS deployment.
To assist lab equipment team routine work management.
