(Principal/ Sr.) Engineer-Engineering Project

Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimation and scheduling prior to project approval. Prepare engineering documentation to support the procurement of equipment and services;
Support related areas in the preparation of user requirement specification, commission and qualification plan, testing protocols. As well as organize to perform commissioning and qualification test activities;
Supervises facility construction, equipment procurement and installation in terms of
quality, schedule and appropriateness of technological solutions; ensure the HSE requirement are followed up.
Manages the project cost control process, the administration of contracts, and check of invoice payments as directed.
Coordinate the design review of Engineering documents and drawings related to Architecture, Civil, Piping, Electric, Instrumentation and HVAC.
Ensure that all contractors and service providers receive the initial safety training and fill in the appropriate safety release forms during the execution of tasks under his/her responsibility.
In charge of all project related files collection, arrangement and archives. Ensure these documentation are intactness and accurate.
Support to automation maintenance of utilities system when required.
