The following objectives/deliverables mainly support east site, if he/she qualified, he/she can support other site in Lilly Suzhou.
Work as GMARS data admin, to maintain the maintenance related PM & CM data (spare part management is out of scope), including data uploading and updating.

Responsible for the developing and updating the process of maintenance work order execution, GMARS data Management and GMARS BCP.
- 作为GMARS SME，负责GMARS系统的信息支持，对用户问题进行反馈，保持与global GMIS 的定期沟通 并解决用户问题。
Serve as GMARS SME, responsible for GMARS Information support and answer the user’s GMARS related questions, set the regular connection with global GMIS team to find the GMARS problem solution.
Responsible for maintenance KPI setting and tracking, to summary the monthly maintenance data and coordinate the meeting to review and analysis the data and track problems.
Serve as GMARS Trainer, and arrange the training courses based on needs.

Responsible for the change and deviation related to GMARS.
Plan the PM & non- emergency work order and make sure enough time for the work order execution. Effective communicating with related departments, make sure the PM plan follows the schedule, zero overdue PM work.
Archiving the GMP document related with maintenance, make sure no document missing.
Responsible for detailed scheduling during shutdown, and serve as backup for shutdown coordinator.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
