The frontline Supervisor (e.g., B5, M1) is responsible for the effective leadership and the direct supervision of frontline staff (i.e., hiring, training, coaching/leading, and developing) on their shift, including integrating the day to day oversight of the process, equipment, facility, and people to safely produce quality product. They are expected to be able to troubleshoot, problem solve, propose solutions, and support implementation of improvements for their areas of responsibility.

Complete understanding of the production schedule and translates this to planning shop floor activities. Participate in operations planning. Ensure production material/people/equipment are available for future orders. Leads the start of batch gate review activities.  Ensures good handover communication between shifts for operators on the floor, zero loop and between B5s.

Finish Production Ticket/ batch-review timely. Cooperate with QA to solve issues found in ticket review process timely.
