Ops Manager- Shift

To provide administrative leadership and developing the technical expertise of manufacturing employees. Assuring quality behavior in the area and suggesting technical improvements for their areas. Direct line supervision for ops specialist and operators.
Strictly observe the established policies/procedures (Safety, Production Procedures, Sanitization, Gowning, Etc.), ensure that operators are trained appropriately.
Take ownership for implementation of countermeasures associated with audits, observations, inspection findings, and deviations related to operations.
Participate in operations planning. Ensure production material/people/equipment are available for future orders.
Responsible for operators’ coaching, development and performance management.
Work as both operations supervisor and technical instructor, setting a good example through demonstrating abundant shop floor knowledge, compliance with quality systems and use of proper technique.

Finish Production Ticket review timely. Cooperate with QA to solve issues found in ticket review process timely.
- Participate in operator and shift arrangement plan to ensure that plan can be performed on schedule.
- Accountable to ensure operators complete qualification as scheduled
- Participate in draft, update and annual review WI, make sure the content of WI is consistent with the actual operation
