According to the Lilly globe policy and GMP requirements, the electrical & instrument engineer is responsible for site electrical system and instruments management, to ensure stable production of whole east lake site.

The following objectives/deliverables mainly support Su Zhou site
General electrical system coordinator of east lake site
Responsible for electricity system management (electric cabinets room management and UPS etc）in engineering, including procedure establishing, maintenance strategy development, routine execution oversight (for contracted third party), periodic safety review and troubleshooting to ensure it is compliance with GMP and HSE requirement.
Use lean maintenance methodology to improve electric equipment reliability, reduce malfunction, and assist supervisor to establish excellent equipment maintenance system.
Build relationship with electric related governance bureau and contractors, comprehend country policies and marketing information, ensure site electrical system meet production continue / safety requirement and keep lean operation.

Responsible for electrical project continuous improvement and related document updating as an electrical expert，Participate electrical part design review and technical support as electrical SME for site capital project.

As technical owner for the firefighting system, oversight third party daily operation and maintenance, to ensure it is compliance with HSE and regulation requirement.
General instrument calibration coordinator of east lake site
Responsible for site instrument calibration management, including procedure establishing, daily calibration management, to ensure its accuracy compliance with regulation of local and corporation.

Build the instrument calibration system, including the in house calibration specification and operating procedure and guidance.
Responsible for instrument calibration frequency define, MU calculation, tolerance, job plan and data sheet development etc to ensure compliance with GMP and HSE requirement.
Responsible for the special equipment verification coordination.
Support the model-selecting and spare parts management, oversight the installation, testing and technical verification. Support to development the Preventative Plan, trouble shooting, support equipment maintenance.
To ensure the company policies are implemented correctly and understand other groups needs via effective cross-function communication. Keep proactively communication with government and contractors to main good relationship, so as to understand the newest country policies and marketing information.
Providing the support and coach to lower level staff on technical field.
Participate and implement specific tasks regarding HSE and 5S activities.

Bachelor and above or equivalent
Instrument automation and related major.
Chinese and English capability for communication and documentation.
Strong coordination, analytical, judgment, communication and problem-solving skill.

Specific knowledge on GMP and related local SOP, etc required for his/her assignment.
