Primary Function/Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
1,确保中央市场部和区域市场的策略和活动计划在区域的有效执行
o 谨遵行业和公司合规,制定符合市场需求的区域学术会议计划
o 合理管理、使用区域市场资源
o 倡导规范学术会议执行标准和流程

2,有效管理区域专家,获得专家对品牌的认可和支持
o 定期拜访全国及区域专家,了解专家对相关产品及其竞品的观念
o 清晰了解区域专家学术需求,及时反馈中央市场部并协助制定有效行动计划
o 有效管理全国及区域专家,获得专家对产品品牌形象的认可和支持

Qualification/Requirements:
1,三年以上医药行业经验(MNC)
2,有地区经理/区域产品经理经验或有皮肤科/风湿科经验
3,大客户管理经验,有丰富的项目执行经验
4,结果导向
5,积极主动

Additional Preferences:
1,优选风湿免疫/皮肤科或者特药经验
2,新产品上市经验
3,核心医院成功列入经验
