Develop LCCP brand strategy & implementation plan, which aligns with product portfolio strategy
Lead sales force training & internal cross functions communication
Plan and execute promotional activities
Engage KOLs to develop LCCP advocators
Set measurement plan and evaluate LCCP effectiveness
Develop LCCP brand material including sales aid, promotional meeting material and sales training material.
Innovation on Program Design and Execution
Build Lilly Diabetes Connected Care branding, develop the integration of patient service solutions with cross-function efforts (ME-PSP, sales, IT, digital innovation etc.).
Collect feedbacks from KOLs and LCCP heavy users to improve LCCP program design
Explore innovative patient solutions other than LCCP to Humalog and Trulicity patients
Work with Medical and KOLs to generate LCCP data and prove effectiveness
Liaise with CMO teams, including market research, MCE, sales training, PSP and etc. to map customer experience, gain deeper customer insights and bring in new solutions
Develop content & activity plans with deeper customer insights, collaborate with sales & marketing, cross-function teams (CMO, Medical, digital innovation, IT, PR etc.) to strengthen the customer experience.
At least 5 years related working experience
Bachelor’s degree or above
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Innovative thinking and open-minded
Accountability and responsibility
Good communication skills
Brand team or internet company experience is preferred
