- Management of external advocacy organizations and implementation of integrated internal and external communications strategy for Lilly China.

- Build-up patients’ advocacy capability to Lilly innovative medicines through innovative patient advocacy programs and initiatives.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • As an expert of patient advocacy, proactively track policy environment, patient unmet needs and monitor industry practices, and formulate patient advocacy strategy and process(not limited SOPs) in line with Lilly’s values and business objectives.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with third parties, for example, charity foundation, patient organizations, commercial insurance companies and develop innovative Patient Advocacy Programs together with brand communications colleagues, with consideration of appropriate connectivity to the disease brand strategy.
  • Responsible for patient advocacy capabilities build-up program internally and externally.
  • Responsible for project management and administration of Patient Access programs, including vendor communication, physician and pharmacist register, training and education, project tracking, etc.
  • Maintain effective communication with key internal stakeholders and develop strategic partnership with external parties.
  • Develop a process to evaluate and assess the business value of new digital opportunities along patient journey. Ensure value creation to the company, to clients, and to patients.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Working experience from pharmaceutical companies, with 5+ years’ experience and good knowledge of therapeutically area.
  • Project management experiences is a must-have requirement.
  • Experiences with patient advocacy or patient program is preferred.
  • Demonstrate key competencies including Project management, KOL Engagement, Coordination and Collaboration.
  • Result oriented, hardworking, persistent, and willing to make extra efforts when needed.
  • Quick learner, open-minded and creative when facing challenges.
  • Stick to the highest requirement for business ethics and compliances.
  • Tracked performance record in the current position or previous position.
