Overall manage the material control process including production/purchasing planning, import & export, warehousing and product delivery.
Implement company policy and establish management measures to ensure daily production operation is compliance with GMP, HSE and internal control requirement.
Control the overall supply chain budget to ensure the cost effectiveness
Generate monthly production and purchase plan according to sales forecast to meet the sales demand and production capacity.
Control the inventory in a rational level and manage the warehouse to ensure material and products in a good condition.
Establish targets in areas such as transit and delivery times; inventory levels, purchasing, warehousing and delivery costs as well as service standards of external suppliers
Involve in the research, negotiation, maintenance and regularly evaluation relationships and contracts with external suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of goods and services that meet its standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
Liaise with other functions (purchasing, production, sales, QA,TSMS) to solve the supply chain problems if any
Ensure the export/import activities are carried out smoothly and in a timely manner
Manage the goods dispatching to meet the delivery requirement and take care of the prioritized delivery
Improve ability of operators by individual training and coaching.
Bachelor degree or above in logistics or management related major
With at least 5 years relevant work experience and 3 years management experience
Familiar with ERP Software
Familiar with import/export procedures and regulations
