Sales Manager (Elanco)
Position Description:
  • Leads CAB Business and Technical in Elanco China (including Hong Kong) to achieve CAB business goals: CAB team development, sales revenue, Elanco technical expertise and new product launch
Functions, Duties, Tasks:
1. Achieve CAB sales budget consistent to business plan
2. Manage expenditure (OPEX) by allocating expenses according to business plan
3. Develop CAB team with training plan and coaching
4. Professionalize CAB team with standard processes
5. Manage channels & control overdue accounts
6. Oversee sales incentive program
7. Work with global/regional CAB team
8. Insure all activities comply with legal and E&C standards
9. Plan and implement new product “go to market strategy”
Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 5-year experience in the industry
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
