The primary purpose of this role is to assist in securing market access via demonstrating the value of Lilly products throughout the reimbursement life cycle.The PRA Manager will work with SAMETA Corporate Affairs Directors and PRA / KAM Leaders to identify top risks and opportunities for their specific geography. He/she will be responsible for implementing the strategic plan for access, developing best-in-class product and pricing submissions and/or re-submissions to national/ regional bodies and private/ local/ hospital payers/insurers. The PRA Manager owns the value proposition/Payer Value message of Lilly products to payers at all levels, throughout the product lifecycle. Finally, The PRA Manager is responsible for planning & evaluating Health Economic (HE) data, in consultation with the Regional Health Outcomes Team, to tailor quality health-economic data and supporting HE arguments, on time and on budget, to support the reimbursement of the products across the Lilly portfolio.
