  • Responsibilities:

As the Diabetes Portfolio Associate you will play a critical role in launching 2 Diabetes brands (Lyumjev & Baqsimi) and you will work as an integrator for the entire diabetes portfolio, looking for efficiencies in the realization of multiportfolio events and strategies.

You will work closely with the entire diabetes marketing team for the multiportfolio approach, analyzing data that help us understand the relation among our Diabetes brands, also been responsible for the multiportfolio campaign and events.

You will also work and communicate with IBU Teams for the launch preparation of Baqsimi and Lyumjev.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor´s degree
  • Proven cross-functional partnering capabilities, particularly with Sales, Medical and Commercial teams.
  • Proven ability in building strong business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the industry.
  • Proven ability in developing multivariable analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient computer skills (teams, excel, word and PowerPoint)

Additional (desirable) Skills/Preferences:

  • Marketing experience (desirable)
  • 1+ years of Experience as a Sales Rep (desirable)
  • Technical marketing competencies in key areas related to MCE

Competencies, Skills and Required Knowledge:

  • Team player.
  • Measured Risk Taking and innovation: Proven track record of pursuing non-conventional ways to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage detailed, complex projects and planning.
  • Business acumen skills: Budget management, strategic tradeoffs, development, and monitoring of lead measures.
