Keys to your success will be your ability to engage and build meaningful customer relationships, demonstrate in-depth Scientific and Clinical expertise of your product and disease state, and leverage your strong business ownership to align the needs of your customers with that of the business, in an evolving competitive landscape.
This role will report directly to the Commercial Manager, Oncology and will have close interaction with the Marketing, Medical, KAM/Sales and in-field Medical.
As this is a newly created position in Oncology with a highly specialised customer group, a high level of resilience and autonomy will be required. This role will need to have a high level of skillset to both understand the dynamics of the Oncology market within the designated territory and then work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to ascertain the best opportunities for patients living with cancer, specifically breast cancer. It is an expectation of this role that there would be travel across the designated territory to service target customers and to attend business meetings. The role will involve some evening & weekend work attending company and industry meetings.
Qualifications: Tertiary Qualifications in Science, Business, Nursing or related discipline is essential.

Prior Knowledge or Experience:
Demonstrated experience and strong success in an Oncology Sales or other specialty role with similar complexity in Pharma industry is essential
Previous selling experience in a clinical/hospital setting is essential
Sound knowledge of the Oncology environment & customer base is preferred.
