This role will maximize the unique depth and value that our insulins can bring to patients, Healthcare Providers and Lilly, as well as offering a strong collaboration of new products next year.
Reporting to the Diabetes Business Unit Sr. Director, this role will support our insulin portfolio.
In this marketing role, you will be part of a diverse cross-functional team, including best practice sharing with peer and developing relationships with key functions.
·Lead with, and ensure adherence to, integrity in compliance in all that we do.
·Support Customer Plan Development, in line with Global Brand Strategy and as part of the annual Integrated Planning Approach Framework.
·Ensure Execution excellence of the Customer Plan / Operational Plan by leading others.
·Solutions developed should enhance the customer experience by utilizing Multi Channel Engagement.
·Monitor and Track performance of the brands
·Appropriately manage OPEX budgets , brand resources and tracking.
·Partner Cross functional teams to ensure Brand Success in the hub: Sales, PRA, Medical, MCE, etc…
