  • Influencing and shaping the Strategy, Governance, Prioritization, Process, and Execution of Pull Through for LillyUSA.
  • The role is also responsible for implementation of cross brand resources like OneConnect, MMP, and other key formulary access tactics and reporting for LillyUSA to maximize Pull Through opportunities.
  • Strategize with brand teams to elevate enterprise wide payer/access knowledge (at a grass roots level, and by influencing leadership – top down)
  • Pull Through Strategy development and evolution. Keep the LillyUSA approved Pull Through strategy and process current and relevant to all stakeholders
  • Evaluate and evolve LillyUSA Pull Through Capabilities related to: Targeting, Messaging, Monitoring, and Training
  • Prepare LillyUSA for an evolving specialty portfolio by developing next generation Pull Through capabilities
  • Manage vendor relationship with MMIT Analytics; formulary access SME for MMIT and Zitter (formulary data sources)
  • Formulary Announcement Site. Manage formulary announcement site and the reporting of payer access changes. Partner with field, create and disseminate communications, and drive standardized process.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 to 3 years experience in the healthcare industry

  • Payer, sales and/or marketing experience
  • Comfort dealing with complexity and using data to solve problems
  • Proven track record delivering exceptional customer experiences (internal or external)
  • Ability to work (and lead) effectively in cross-functional teams. “Influence without Authority”
  • Ability to multi-task across several key projects at the same time
  • Proactive problem-solving & critical thinking skills
  • Proven Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to effectively challenge & influence individuals at various levels and with various roles/responsibilities in the organization. This role requires frequent interaction with Sr. Directors.
  • High level of motivation and a strong desire to find creative solutions to challenging situations
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) as well as prioritization skills with attention to detail.
  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Experience in and market knowledge of multiple Payer customer segments (including Commercial managed care, state Medicaid, managed Medicaid, and Medicare)
  • Field sales experience dealing with Payer Pull Through (Payer Champ role a plus)
  • Requires periodic travel for participation in regional/district meetings, national sales meetings, field days with Sales Reps, Account Managers and other business review/local market analysis meetings. Also for purposes of education and implementation of payer resources and reporting.
