Functions, Duties, Tasks:
  • Identify customer need and business opportunity; build and execute product promotion plan
  • Set up channel network for customer access to high quality product and value-added service
  • Partner with swine team in customer development to achieve sales target
  • Conduct internal and external education to make sure latest product strategy proper delivered
  • Organize promotional events to build brand equity and increase brand awareness
  • Collect market and customer feedback to improve customer experience continuously
Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree, majored in veterinary medicine, animal science or related area;
  • At least 5 years working experience in animal health, with at least 3 years team management experience
  • Computer skills
  • English skill
