Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a People Analytics and planning expert to boost its HR team technical skillset with regards to data, digital transformation, ERP and people analytics domains. Reporting to the HR Director of the site, you would join a team of HR professionals covering the ground as far as talent, unions and university relations and the overall partnership with the business are concerned. With your peculiar background and mindset, you will be asked to inspire and put in place new tools for headcount collection and work on the business plan ensuring accuracy and continuity throughout the year. Also, you would have the opportunity to shape a new way of handling HR data for generating relevant analysis, putting together intelligence from the various HR topics we cover, as a team. You will also act as a pioneer and ambassador of the new ERP system we’re implementing across the Enterprise, worldwide, helping the site to become familiar and happy with the processes deployed along with the new technology. Your interaction with the team and the business functions would be strong and mature enough to become even closer. Your contribution to the business reports and processes connected to the site Leadership would be a key part of the endeavor. To that extent, you would be sitting at the main table when decisions need to be taken, as far as human capital and people site strategy is concerned. Last but not least, we would also rely on you in order to keep an eye on the market and external HR arena, identifying trends and tools which might unleash our people strategy!
Drive the annual HC planning process for HR and throughout the year monitoring actual vs planned on a monthly basis for HR
Be the HR Owner of the reporting cycle. This role is responsible for preparing all the required reports and associated presentations
Work with the Talent team aligning forecasts to the collection of needs from the business and implementing common tools for generating metrics and further analysis
Educate the HR team and the site at leveraging on people data and digital reporting tools
Act as a master/ambassador of the new ERP system
Collect organizational data and use it to generate reports on work volume and projected staffing needs
Together with the Leadership, develop a strategic workforce plan taking a long-range view of the organization's business objectives and existing talent needs
Own Process improvement across the HR team looking for ways to increase the efficiency and performance in HR
Previous experience in a similar role working as HC planner, data analyst, ERP expert. An early experience as HRBP or Talent specialist in a manufacturing environment might represent a plus.
