O2C Supply Chain Analyst (2 year FTC)

Key responsibilities for O2C Supply Chain Analyst
The primary role of the O2C Supply Chain Analyst is to support the management and control of all inventory and replenishment activities to ensure supply to distributers and our patients is maintained at the highest level
- Be seen as a “go-to” information resource for O2C Supply Chain queries
- Effectively manage all interfaces with LSPs to ensure interfaces have processed correctly and orders have fully migrated to SAP
- Control inventory movements done by LSP and reconcile SAP inventory levels with LSPs inventory levels
- Manage all replenishment activities including Purchase order requests and communication with all stakeholders
- Effectively resolve all Tier 2 inventory disputes, including coordinating with the LSP, local Lilly, O2C Accounts Receivable or Order Management teams.
- Review key metrics & communicate to stakeholders to ensure KPIs are being met
- Support global/regional O2C projects with influence on accurate, efficient & compliant inventory movements
- Support the overall O2C Supply Chain Management team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in O2C function with knowledge of supply chain management and customer service experience in identifying and delivering process change
- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Fluency in English essential

- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables
- Able to respond flexibly and empathetically to customer needs, managing their own expectations effectively
- Ability to work in global team environment and communicate effectively with both internal business partners of all levels and disciplines as well as external stakeholders
