Responsibilities

As the Manager, HR Shared Services Tier 2, you will work with the HR organization, key stakeholders, and the service centre team to provide service and support to the managers and employees in that region across a wide variety of HR processes and transactions. You will lead a team to deliver quality service, identify process improvements, and create efficiency for the HR organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team who is responsible to execute HR transactions and activities inside and outside Workday business process within defined volume and service level expectations.
  • Overall responsibility of data integrity and quality of data processed in Workday system.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of operational support policies and procedures and assist in the development of and training on such policies and procedures as needed.
  • Provide daily direction and routinely analyse operational performance against established metrics, makes adjustments to process and staff ratios where necessary.
  • Use general understanding of procedures, policies, knowledge database, reference materials and judgement to assist in closing out HRSS escalated cases.
  • Participate in continuous improvement workshops and projects.
  • Collaborate with other regional leads and affiliate HR teams to ensure consistency and optimal employee experience
  • Responsible for team performance and coordinates communication and information flows within team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resource or shared services experience

Additional Skills/Preferences

  • Degree in business or HR
  • Prior leadership experience or pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Prior Workday experience supporting the HR function
  • Bilingual/Multilingual
  • Strong Data Management expertise, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrates effective listening and provides pristine customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates ability to motivate and drive teams and collaboration
  • Ability to navigate computerised data entry system or other relevant applications
