Responsibilities

As the HR Functional Specialist, you will work with the HR organization, employees, and managers across a wide variety of HR Recruiting processes and transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process Recruiting transactions, logging and closing cases, and ensuring data quality including but not limited to the following:
    • Scheduling Interviews
    • Processing Feedback
    • Pre Hire Due Diligence/Eligibility
    • Manage Day 1 new hire activities
  • Efficiently planning and scheduling candidate interviews for internal and external roles
  • Liaising with hiring managers to ensure onboarding timelines and recruiting processes are handled correctly.
  • Supporting and managing a positive candidate experience.
  • Create, update, store relevant employment documentation
  • Provide feedback and information to support high quality information in the HR Service Center
  • Assist in testing upgrades and new system functionality
Answer complex questions, escalate those cases that need further support, and provides support to improve information sharing across teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience supporting HR Recruitment or other operations or transactional / operational work
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Additional Skills/Preferences

  • Specialized knowledge in HR Recruitment is preferable
  • Prior experience working in shared services /contact centres
  • Prior Workday experience
  • Bilingual/Multilingual is preferable
  • Strong data and time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications

Additional Information

Flexibility in hours worked expected, some holiday work required.
