The OL FME ensures the success of the OL team (advancement of OL capabilities, improving customer experience) by overseeing key systems, auditing high-risk activities, maintaining required documentation, and generating performance metrics. The Primary responsibilities include:
Bringing innovative resources/solutions and improve existing OL systems and processes;
Support the team use of O365, MS Teams, Dymaxium, Tableau, Vault;
Maintain OL data in Veeva, including team rosters, territory assignments, product lists, customer alignments, working with IT to troubleshoot issues;
Generate audit files from Veeva data. Assist directors in completing quarterly audits of Veeva interactions and Standing Requests. Ensure proper systems access is maintained for all employees. Support periodic access reviews. Ensure OL team understands and follows document classification and storage requirements. Conduct audits on OL activities versus relevant procedures.
Creating/Maintaining priority accounts, aligning with cross-functional partners;
Maintaining procedures, training plans, on-boarding, org charts, general resources.
Oversee monthly and quarterly metrics, maintain and modify Tableau reports, run ad hoc queries of Veeva,
The Minimum Qualification requirements are:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with a diverse set of business partners, including those in remote locations
Proven expertise with data analysis (Excel, etc.) and systems support (Collab Sites, etc).
Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry; knowledge of drug development and/or Health Outcomes Research
