- Establish relationships with identified thought leaders on regional level in CRC field. - Implement engagement solutions with thought leaders in pre-launch and post-launch stage. - Monitor progress and gaps in regional thought leader engagement.
2. Campaign Execution
- Drive the execution excellence of launch campaigns for positive customer experiences. - Manage third party agency to deliver launch campaigns with quantity and quality. - Generate innovative input to optimize regional campaign execution constantly.
3. Regional Launch Strategy Implementation
- Apply national brand strategy (i.e. brand plan) to address regional business opportunities. - Execute regional launch strategy (e.g. localized messages) to prepare for launch uptake. - Refine regional launch strategy with local thought leaders on annual basis.
4. Internal Liaison - Provide sales support in terms of capability building and brand knowledge. - Partner with existing Regional Marketing Team in campaign / thought leader for internal synergy. -Support National Launch Leader for internal communication.
- Bachelor degree and above. - At least 5 years related working experience. - English proficiency for business communication. - Good command for Microsoft Office.
